One individual coaching session
1:1 Coaching Community Class Packages — 3 or 6 Sessions
Our packages of 3 and 6 sessions allow our coaches to support individuals in understanding their social goals and working on a plan and skill development to help them reach those goals.
This individualized coaching provides opportunities to debrief social interactions, practice skills, and plan for future situations. Through these packages, individuals develop skills and confidence they can take into every friendship and relationship.
Our six-session package yields the greatest benefits, with more sustained time to develop and meet goals and to learn about, practice, and discuss social and communication skills that can be integrated into everyday life and all relationships.
